The product:
This is an application that helps people buy tickets to any exhibitions and museums, and additionally listen to the audio guide on their phone, in the language they want.
The problem:
To help users not to stand in line to the exhibit in order to listen to information about it.
The goal:
To relieve queues for exhibits, to be available and at hand.
User research: summary
An unmoderated prototype study was conducted among research participants. This identified many key features that were either wasted during development or very poorly designed. Therefore, such a study is very important and allows you to take a new look at the product and see it from another side.
User research: pain points
1. When entering a museum or exhibition, there are always queues for exhibits with an audio guide.
2. Usually headphones are given out or some interactive thing involved in the exhibition itself to activate listening, which is not hygienic.

Low-fidelity prototype:

Low-fidelity prototype was created based on previous research and allows research of the participants in the application creation process.

Usability study: findings
Conducted one round of low-quality prototype research, which made it possible to fully understand where exactly to miss in the design and what should be taken into account when creating a high-precision mockup.
User research: pain points

1. Create a convenient search on the map.

2. Make a convenient choice of date when buying a ticket so that the day of the week is visible.

3. Language switching was not enabled when playing an audio track.
